Global Area Managers Meet in Switzerland
Bertschi Global’s Area Managers recently came together at our headquarters in Dürrenäsch, Switzerland, for the annual Area Manager Meeting.
Participants joined from across the Bertschi Global network, including Dürrenäsch, Shanghai, São Paulo, Houston, Dubai, Seoul, and Singapore. Over three days, the team exchanged updates from regions around the world and worked closely with colleagues from across Bertschi.
Discussions and workshops brought together expertise from management, operations, sales and pricing, technical and fleet management, ocean freight, IT, HR and finance, with a focus on current market developments, network optimization, fleet utilization and Bertschi Global’s competitive position.
The program also left room for informal exchange, with shared dinners and a hike and barbecue in the Swiss countryside. Several participants extended their stay to join colleagues at the annual Bertschi Bowling Bash on Thursday evening.
The three intensive days provided a valuable opportunity to bring perspectives from across our global network together in one place.
