Bertschi Zhangjiagang passes Together for Sustainability audit
Bertschi Zhangjiagang has successfully passed the Together for Sustainability (TfS), audit. The result confirms that the site has been independently assessed against recognized sustainability criteria for suppliers in the chemical industry.
The Bertschi Zhangjiagang Liquids Hub is part of Bertschi’s logistics network in China and supports chemical customers with local services for the safe handling, storage, and transport of liquid chemical products.
The audit covers areas such as management systems, environment, health and safety, labor and human rights, and governance. For Bertschi Zhangjiagang, the successful audit reflects the site’s work in areas including environmental protection, emergency preparedness, employee safety, compliance, internal controls and risk management.
Regular emergency response drills are carried out with internal and external partners to strengthen preparedness and support safe operations in the handling and transport of chemical products. The site also follows occupational health and safety requirements and works with clear compliance procedures across its operations.
