This award, decided through a selection process involving leading chemical manufacturers and logistics experts, highlights Bertschi’s ability to deliver efficient, reliable, and innovative supply chain services.

Antwerp, Belgium — Bertschi Group, market leader in intermodal chemical logistics, announces that operations have started at the newly completed Antwerp Zomerweg Terminal (AZT). Strategically located in Europe’s largest integrated chemical cluster, the terminal will be focusing on the storage of Dangerous Goods (DG) and non-DG products in Tank Containers and Trimodal Services by rail, barge and truck.

As the demand for sustainable energy solutions accelerates, the decarbonized chemicals market is set to grow rapidly. Key players in this transformation include Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF), Hydrotreated Vegetable Oil (HVO), and other biofuels.
