We are looking for someone who is proactive, commercially driven, and comfortable creating business rather than waiting for it.
You should enjoy prospecting, meeting customers, understanding their business, finding solutions, negotiating commercial opportunities, and closing deals. At the same time, you should have the relationship-management skills needed to grow accounts after the initial sale.
The ideal candidate is someone who can operate independently in the market while working closely with internal teams to turn customer opportunities into profitable, executable business.
