Technical Manager Europe (m/f/d) 100%

• Responsible for ensuring and improving the M&R processes for Bertschi Global Europe (check and approve repair estimate, periodical testing of the fleet standing, handle fleet modifications, control and optimize costs)
• Responsible for the Depot management (assess new depots and organize periodical audits, support in negotiating tariffs and packages, provide trainings to the depots)
• Connection and alignment with Bertschi HQ
• Responsible for the training of the Bertschi Global Europe local staff
• Provide technical support and advises to colleagues and customers
• Manage the claim process and supply documental support for other claims

• Previous experience in M&R department (Tank operator) and/or experience in a Tankcontainer workshop
• Experience in multimodal/deepsea claim management or as a Tankcontainer Surveyor, as preference
• Fluent in English and German as preference
• Good MS Office knowledge
• Openminded, team-work and problem-solving oriented
• Flexible, able to manage inputs from various tasks
• Loving a multicultural working environment
• Available for business travels
